Data Deletion Instructions
Effective May 26, 2026
When you message a Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Page operated by Stella AI Systems, we may store your name, your page-scoped ID (PSID), your message history, and any contact details you shared. You can ask us to delete all of it at any time — here's how.
Option 1 — Email us (fastest)
Send an email to hello@stellaaisystems.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the name you used and the Page you messaged, so we can locate your records. (If you have your page-scoped ID, include it.)
Option 2 — Message the Page
Reply to the same Page conversation with the words "delete my data". Our team will action the request.
What gets deleted
- Your stored conversation history.
- Your captured lead/contact record (name, PSID, any phone/email/business details you shared).
We will permanently delete this data within 30 days of a verified request and confirm by email where possible. Note: some conversation data is also deleted automatically about 180 days after your last message.
Remove app access yourself
You can also revoke our app's access in your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, which stops future data sharing.
